Yesterday afternoon I called Platinum seeking a referral on a possible windshield repair. "Nate" readily answered the call, had the necessary information at his immediate disposal, and generally inquired as to the well-being of both myself as well as my vehicle. Thankfully my need for this referral was not directly related to more recent (and very severe) weather/road conditions in the Greater Kansas City area. I was impressed that the representative appreciated the aforementioned possibility, as it was a very real one. I am without doubt that he would have shown even more empathy had my situation, all things considered, been more dire. Have been a loyal customer going on four years now and would highly recommend.

We were about to move out of state and our 2004 Truck had started making some new noises during driving. In quick desperation to get our vehicle checked prior to the move and after asking around for an honest auto technician, we were referred to Matt Reid at Platinum Automotive. I was so thankful that God led us directly here. Matt was kind enough to check us quickly and was knowledgeable and honest with us about our vehicle. He let us know where the sounds were coming from and how long we have before needing to fix anything. There was no pressure to have anything done right away as our truck is safe and the sounds are harmless. I appreciate Matt's knowledge and that he shared honest information with us and did not try to "fix" something that didn't actually needing fixing. I highly recommend Platinum Automotive and wish we still lived here to take advantage of the great service. Its hard to find honest automotive technicians, especially in the Military wh!

I have a classic corvette and I had an assortment of problems - major fuel line leakage, brake failure (caliper), poor steering due to mechanical issues; and several minor problems - hood latch/wire breakage, excessive leakage from front and rear areas under the vette. Matt (service manager) listened to my observations, had his team diagnose the numerous issues, then worked with me to prioritize the list and get it all repaired/replaced... all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this Platinum team! Very professional and hard working. Will definitely return.

I would give Platinum Automotive a 10 if I could. I took my car in with transmission problems, expecting a hefty bill and a couple days in the shop. The day after dropping it off I got a call saying it was fixed and ready to go. The owner/employees are quick to address the problem, incredibly fair in their pricing and not to mention it was nice to get a detailed description of what was wrong with my car and what they did to repair it. I feel like in many cases it is hard to find a good repair shop that doesn't jerk you around or take advantage of you (and your money)! If you don't want to jump through hoops and need quick and spot-on work done on your vehicles, Platinum is the place to go! I will definitely be a return customer!

What a treat to go get my synthetic oil changed and get great, new, high quality Michelin wipers too, all for the same price as just the oil change would have cost at Jiffy Lube! And Platinum was honest and informed me that with the synthetic oil I have, I can wait and change it every 6,000 miles. Not 3,000. #impressed

But now I have a trusty old girl who has managed to keep me out of the repair shop for 5 years....so in repayment for her reliability and keeping me safe, I took her to Platinum Automotive to get some repairs done. They explained what needed to be done, what the costs were and promptly ordered the parts. They contacted me to inform me of other problems and informed me of the costs with those repairs. At low speeds, my truck has made a squeaking noise for over a year. I have had it checked at two other locations, neither of which could pinpoint the problem. Platinum diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes and replaced the struts to solve the problem.
